Purpose Club
Don't become someone else.Become more consciously yourself.
A daily experience to pause, understand yourself, choose who you want to be, and take one small action that proves it.
Ten to twenty minutes. No account. Nothing leaves your device.
The question
Who do you want to be?
Most people spend their lives asking:
- “What should I do?”
- “What career should I choose?”
- “How can I become successful?”
Purpose Club begins somewhere deeper — and somewhere closer to you:
Who do I want to be?
The Purpose loop
Seven stages, every morning
Choose a stage to see what it means. The goal isn't perfection — it's repetition.
P — Pause
Step out of automatic mode.
Before the day starts using you, stop for a moment. Put the phone and the noise aside and make a small space between you and your automatic reactions.
Practise this nowIdentity → action → evidence
Identity becomes real through action.
Purpose Club doesn't stop at an affirmation. You say who you are, then you do something that proves it — and that evidence quietly reinforces the identity.
I am a writer.
Write for 25 minutes.
I am a learner.
Study for 25 minutes.
I am a creator.
Make something for 25 minutes.
I am a healthy person.
Move my body.
I am a caring person.
Do something kind, on purpose.
I am an entrepreneur.
Build one small part of the idea.
Don't just say “I am.” Do something that proves “I am.”
Not positive thinking alone
Imagination without obstacles is just a nice feeling.
Purpose Club isn't about repeating pleasant sentences until life rearranges itself. You picture what you want, look honestly at what gets in the way, and write down what you'll do instead.
Vision
See yourself living the identity in an ordinary day.
Obstacle
Name what is most likely to stop you today.
Plan
Decide your response before it happens.

Action
These ideas are drawn responsibly from work on mental contrasting and if–then planning. They are useful tools, not guarantees, and Purpose Club is not therapy or treatment.
Your morning
Ten to twenty minutes, then one real hour
The principle matters more than the stopwatch. Some mornings you'll write a page; some mornings a single line is enough.

Go live your day.
Every day, give yourself one piece of evidence about who you are becoming.
You don't build an identity only by thinking about it. You build it through repeated experiences of acting consistently with it.
Give Yourself Today's ProofPurpose is not a destination
Purpose isn't a finish line.
You are not looking for one answer to hold forever. Your priorities change. You change. The person you want to become changes. Purpose Club simply gives you a place to choose again, consciously, on an ordinary Tuesday.
- 1Choose

About Purpose Club
You don't need to become someone else.
The world constantly tells us who we should become: more successful, more productive, more attractive, more wealthy, more impressive. Purpose Club asks a different question — and then one more: what can you do today to live like that person?
Think it. Feel it. Live it.
More about the clubThis is a space for people asking
- What do I actually want?
- Who am I?
- Who do I want to become?
- Why am I doing what I'm doing?
- What makes me feel alive?
- What matters to me?
- How can I live more intentionally?
A reflective self-development practice — not therapy, diagnosis or medical treatment.
